About a month ago, the s-video started coming in intermittently in B/W. Turning the unit off and on at the back would usually restore the color. Looks like the color is now dead permanently. I've switched to the composite rca connector, but as owners would know, there is a big drop in picture quality. Changed cables, monitors, inspected for loose connections and leaking capacitors, reloaded firmware, no change. I also found a two year old thread on one of the pirate sites with someone having the same problem. I got this unit when I signed up here 4 years ago, time flies. Is anyone still using this unit? For now the composite connection will work, I'm not a heavy user (Hispasat mostly), but would be nice to know if someone has found a fix.
