Its weir at 97w one TP

One customer has problem, chinese channel at 12122 H, SR 20000 were gone suddenly.
Check the frequency and no signal on this, other TPs and channels seem O.K. to me. Since I had no other information and instrument on hand (just drop by), I cannot do much, a brief checking and changed the SR setting to other number on 12122 H, got a few channels pop up that suppose on 12122, but not all the free channel that suppose to. still chinese channel not there. I can get part of the channels from SR 22000 or 23000 setting with over 65% on qualitry, but not 21000 or 20000 on 12122 H or V that no strengh and quality reading.

I will go back with all my tools next day to check this out. And maybe try reset the default setting first (this I forgot to do it while at customer home). If the reset not work, what else should I do to check since other TPs and channels are there.

The transponder is active...just checked

12122 H 20000 comes in at 75/76 quality on a Coolsat 5000

what kind of signal qualities do you get on other channels? I wonder if the dish may have moved ever so slightly

Most the active frequencies are between 70 to 80 in quality.
