I did try turning the LNB a little and happy to report that I now have 13%, LOL. Not enough to lock though. Perhaps the LNB is not aligned properly, I'll check that next.

Also, my LNB setting is set at UNI in opposed to 10750.

I have a CK1 too and found out it was defective with similar results you are having. Can you swap out the LNBF with something else?
