Can someone let me where the files go to make this work in TSreader?

Probably in the Source folder with the rest of the dll files for the various cards.

It's been awhile since I installed mine.
If I remember correctly, right click on DVBTech.inf and select Install.
Put dvbtech 8psk firmware.bin and TSReader DVBTech 8psk.dll in the Sources folder in TSReader.

Great thanks, some folks told me I can pick up ZK digicypher things with this, so I want to give it a try.
