Yeah, that one channel is NET1 HD, and it is 39 mbps bitrate! I don't know where they get their source, because the HD on AMC21 is only around 18 mbps, so it's either that they're sending 18 mbps video out over a 39 mbps channel, or they're getting it from somewhere else.
