We do have some outstanding members, with nice setups.
But for sheer over-the-top in -many- categories, it would be hard to beat Linuxman.
His multi-Ku 180 offset dish is unique enough, without all the BUDs.!.

Probably not the typical North American setup, though.
But, what would anyone at the magazine care about someone with one or two Ku and BUD dishes?
Even if that's closer to what many of us have...
Motorola RAZR V3i on AT&T last 5½ years.
Restoring an Apple iPhone 3GS, iOS 5.0.1, BB 6.15.00.
Next: AT&T iPhone 4 w/ smashed face & cracked back.
(needs plastic surgery and a chiropractor)

    : BirdView 8½' solid & GBox V3000.
    :
    AMCI 8' perf (probably a DH) & AJAK-180.

I think that the Satelliteguys article would be best served with a broad view of the diverse membership. Not only focusing on their diverse dish setups but age, location, and level of expertise.

I would love to see an article too that goes into the history of the users hobby. Alot of the guys that have these huge dish farms have been doing this for quite some time and have some great stories about things long past

keep up the good work tele-sat and sat guys, we apreciate what you bring to the FTA community
