selection of lnbf

Thanks for any help.
Data: 10' fine mesh dish
Pansat 2800a receiver
Uniden sq530 used as dish pusher
Probably a diseq switch

I had a 8' mesh dish until a tree fell on it and the setup was working ok. Destroyed the lnbs and dish.

I want an lnb that will pull in C/KU, circular and linear.
Selecting the correct LNB is like rocket science to me.
The bsc621-2 or bsc621-2d are possibilities. I read on here
something about the Geosat CK1 but really didn't understand
what I read. Sure could use some knowledgeable advice

Which channels are you interested in?
Knowing that would help in the proper selection.

I'd use a CK1 or DMX741 over the BSC621.
All come with a "device" that slides into the feed to make circular possible, but I think it's C Band Circular only. An to switch back to Linear, I think you must remove the "device". If you want Ku Circular, just strap the proper LNB to the scalar ring, in about the 3 o'clock position.

Now I am more confused than ever.
Looks like there is no LNB that does it all.
I am particularily interested in "Araing" on intelsat 903.
It is on C-band. Don't know if it is circular or linear.

Pulling the device out would involve an ladder and is impractical. Sounds like a row of 50 lnbs to handle everything. But what do i know...

Look on Lyngsat.com, Next to the TP's Freq, is there a R, L, H, or V?

I am getting the Bsc621-2d.
Wiring - my old setup had a ribbon cable going to the house.
The lnbs were a c-band and a ku-band of which I was able to get
both fairly well. The diseq switch is in the house.
Now to my limited understanding, the same cable setup should work for the
new bsc621-2d. If connect the cable that was used for c-band to the port on the 621 and the cable that was used for ku-band to the other port on the 621, I should be fine as the diseq switch in the house should supply the correct signal
to the receiver. I have no idea what the other connection on the Bsc621-2d is used for. The other part of the ribbon cable is used for the actuator which should stay the same. I should not have to run a new coaxial cable. This would be
almost impossible for me.
Am I dead wrong on my assumptions?
