We noticed the same in our testing with TP13: 11960, The SQ dropped rapidly when bumping East/West as compared to other transponders.
If any of you have a meter to measure SNR or Spectum Analyzer on the G19 transponders, it would be interesting to see if these issues might be due to interference from adjacent satellites.Brian Gohl - Satellite AV, LLC (Gold Sponsor)

G19 able to pick up
Tested again, able to receive signal. LNB was off by one milimeter

Sorry to mess you up. I am Moses Primo from 3ABN but I am not from MN. I work and live in Illinois. 3ABN has 127 TV stations around the country that we have to move dishes from AMC-4 to G-19 and that is what we are doing now. Thank you for your help in taking time to make the measurements and give your report about G-19 reception. Thanks
