    Circular/linear LNBF

    ADVERTS 1
I know I shouldn't mentioned the name Ebay here but I'm a little bit curious about this Circular/Linear lnb. I sent him an email and his responds was that it should work with both. I'm thinking that he may be saying that it will pickup some circular signals but linear is the main focus. Before I commit myself to buy this item I would like to know you guys opinions.

I'd be leery of those. The circular part doesnt work on DBS (I had one like that). It's designed for 118.7W which doesnt have any free stuff on it anyways.

on a side note...the guy is like 15 minutes from me...interesting

He doesn't really say it works for linear. It's a circular that covers the linear frequency range but it won't work well on linear tp's. The only one I've seen that truly does both circular and linear is the Invacom QPH-031. But it doesn't cover the range that one does on circular sats which means it won't work for 118.7.

iv used the lnb for dishnet internationals... it worked well for what it was intended to do .... no, i have not gotten it to work as a linear/circular as you might think .... iceburg is right .... use the other elememt.... it works well... & is not too pricey
