Proud Staff MemberI think what he means is if you search ebay for that, you'll come up with a device that decodes 8psk. However its a 1U rack mount device, and the output is dvb asi (async serial interface). I looked into it, and you'd have to buy a PCI interface card to get that asi signal into your computer. Then still, I have no clue how to get a DVB program to decode the signal coming off that ASI interface.
If it was like $20 I'd try it out, but I dont have $100s to spend on stuff that has a 5% chance of working
