I would remove the motor for now and find and store IA-6 first.
One side (2 ports)of the QPH-031 is linear (marked L) use L.O. 10750
(The other side (2 ports) is circular (marked C) and uses a L.O. of 11250)
Enter a live TP. or channel from IA-6 and point the dish watching the signal QUALITY meter. The signal strength means nothing, just quality.
Here is a strong TP. Channel
DFreq : 11864 MHz (V) SR : 3.515 Msps

I would remove the motor and have the dish at 51 deg. elevation. Find and store the satellite then add the motor.
When you have done the above the elevation on the dish will need to be at 25 deg.
And the motor will be set at 33 deg. (same as your latitude)
Hope this helps!

I've encountered some very strange behavior on IA6 Ku.
I have 3 FTA devices, 2 set-top boxes (DMT1050 and Globecast) and 1 Twinhan 1020A.
Using my DMT1050, I try to connect to IA6 Ku for TV Azteca. Of course, I'll try the stronger transponder first: 11864V, SR 3515, the one with the University Network. Lock this TP easily.
But when I try the TV Azteca transponder: 12076V SR 8741, I get very strong signal, but the quality stays at 50% (on the DMT, it means it's getting close but no cigar), no luck locking it no matter what I tried. Tweaking the dish, turning the LNB, nothinig.
Getting very frustrated (I've tried this for weeks), so I decide to try the same thing on the Globecast receiver. To my surprise, I can lock the Azteca transponder easily, but no matter what I do, I can't lock the Univeristy Network transponder, which is supposed to be the stronger TP.
So I try it on my Twinhan, same result as the DMT1050, lock on the University Network, no luck on the Azteca.
I try this without any DiSeqc switch, just straight LNB to receiver connection.
Now this is very strange. Does anyone have similar experience?
