Btw, would you consider becoming a dealer for this vendor: solid profit is predictable from selling this great device!? And you already established a good rapport with the company... I know some companies setup shops here to re-solder defective chips, so it should be no problem.
I'll try to take it step by step to document with screen shots.

First pic. is notification in windows that driver is installed. The receiver is connected to the PC but not powered up.
Second Pic. Boot BlazeVideo with power applied to receiver. USB powers LME2510C, Power cube powers motor and lnbf.
Third Pic. Select Satellite to scan.
Fourth Pic. Receiver is scanning.
The BlazeVideo software has simple edit functions to add, delete or change Satellites or Transponders. I had to add RTV.

I tested the receiver with ProgDVB (current version)and it works good.
With DVB Dream it works the best. when you boot DVB Dream it automatically selects the LME driver. It's like the two were made for each other.
Both programs find the current driver LME.......7395 version 2.0.1 and load while ignoring the older LMEDVBS.DLL driver.

1- if Unknown USB error message, it is most likely the crystal or the tuner, the uP is the more reliable.
2- if low signal check the LNBF voltage while scanning. If it does not shift between 14 and 18 volts, the tuner is most likely bad.
3- if red lock led is on always, its a bad tuner.

Diseqc 1.2 USALS

The QQ Box doesn't do H-H motors. No drivers and hardware does not allow.

The latest version of QQ Box on eBay does not work in Windows Vista according to vendor.

Hi,

I have a LME USB 2.0 DVB-S tuner with the reference: SHARP0194

It just run great on XP, Vista & Seven with ProgDVB... but with DreamDVB it doesn't work perfectly...

Almost all channels don't work... the LED turns off when I select a frequency above 1100000khz or so...

Please help me to find a working driver for DVBdream and also Windows Media Cener (it supports DVB-S now)!

Also I would like to know how to create a driver for this tuner... so I/we can enhence the tuner's drivers...
Thanks!

QQ Box in operation

Here are pics. of QQ Box operating with BlazeVideo, ProgDVB and DVBDream.

Warning- There is a flood of these things on eBay all called QQ Box. I found a T-3, T-4, B392, 5392, all look identical but the T-4 works in Windows XP, The T-3 Works in Vista. All claim to do DISEqC 1.2 but they don't.

QQ Box Linux Driver

Re: [linux-dvb] QQ box dvb-s usb dongle not suppor: msg#00049 linux-media

Link has some helpful information about Linux driver development for the LME2510C.

How to reset the box in W-Vista-

1- Close any applications running.
2- Remove Power.
3- Remove USB.
4- Apply power.
5- Apply USB.

DVB Dream works the best for me and has the advantage of a large screen display of Signal Strength or Signal Quality with option for audible level announce.

BlazeVideo is nice in the scan mode it previews the TV and Radio channels while scanning. However, for a satellite with over a hundred channels it likely will hang and not save scanned channels.

I see you pretty much fall in love with this QQ baby - just like in old RTV movie. It looks like they finally sent you the best version out there.

Very useful tool. Much less expensive then a commercial satellite meter. It's ideal for me to take out to set up a dish. In addition I watch HDTV on my laptop.

Hope someone takes the Linux information and makes a driver for Umbutu.

Here is the QQ Box ProgDVB Manual from another site.
