hi every one iam new to this stuff so please for give me if some has ask this question
i have a toshiba trx 500 reciver and a dishnet work dish also a directtv dish what can i do with this equipment thanks for your help.

I believe that is an older Toshiba analog receiver for c/ku band satellite. Got a big dish?
The pay-tv dishes aren't much good for anything except subscription service, you can get NASA and maybe a couple of other channels on the dishnetwork bird at 119West. Other than some promo channels using your dishnet dish and NASA that's about it. You need a bigger dish for free-to-air reception, linear lnbf instead of the circular ones that are on the pay-tv dishes, and a free to air receiver.
