Ikki,
This will be a neat thread, but I think it ought to be in the non-tech area. No problem for me, though. I'll play along, I like the idea!
So here goes my channels (fav's).
Cubavision @ 30.0W
ONN @ 74.0W
KLRT Fox 16 Little Rock @ 77.0W (hush! Shhhsssss!)
RTN East/West @ 83.0W
Al Jazeera English @ 97.0W
Bluegrass radio @ 97.0W
History Ch @ 101.0W
Montana PBS @ 125.0W
Create @ 125.0W
That's enough channels to keep me entertained. And they are all great.

Mine are mostly because of baseball:
AyM Sports @ SatMex 6 (Mexican Baseball)
CableSports @ SatMex 6 (Mexican Baseball)
Telemax @ SatMex 6 (Mexican Baseball)
8 spots are for tp with feeds for baseball both at 113ºW and 116ºW (once i see one lit up i scan
, they usually stay at the same place, just change PIDs)
RTN @ 83ºW
History @ 101ºW
Bio @ 101ºW
PBS @ 125ºW
Fox @ 99ºW
NBC @ (you know where
)
Geovision (news channel) @ 116ºW
But i seldom use the FAV list since i spend most of my time searching for feeds

I dont have a favorite list in my FTA receiver

1. Hockey sports feeds
2. Any feed from Hawaii (in the dead of winter it's nice to see what it looks like with no snow)
3. Any other sport feed
others in no order are RTV, Montana PBS, Doc Scott, Russia Today, ONN, PentagonUniversity of Minnesota-Duluth Bulldogs mens hockey team
Defending National Champions
current number 3 in the country (but doesnt mean much honestly)
number 3 in the pairwise (this means everything...top 15 teams get in the tourney)

As I am not really a typical tv viewer I don't have a fav list, I am usually hunting, or flicking through my preprogrammed feed locations, sometimes I will watch a show here or there, mostly when someone else is around which has been happening more often lately, as I like to put shows and stuff on for others if they are around, personally I really just watch boxing along with other sports feeds, and flick though 5-10 sats or more and watch a bit of everything from everywhere hahaha, Vietnamese news here, a movie in Spanish there and then a network show here in between my feed hunting and channel surfing

Setting up a favorite list or group was highly beneficial to me.
Since there are so many channels on 97.0 W and I usually only watch two most often (Al Jazeera and the Bluegrass radio channel) I found that having a favorite list for MUSIC and for NEWS was really convenient. Now I don't have to wade through all the other channels to get to these two.
