Many thanks to Sadoun Electronics ADVERTS 1
I received a damaged V3000 G BOX today. I contacted Sadoun's sales and without even blinking an eye they were very quick in offering to replace the unit and apologized for the trouble.
This really shocked me to no end as I normally have to pull someones teeth before any resolution with most companies.
Again Thank you for the fabulous experience. I will definately do more business with Sadoun but also recommend them to friends.

I've always had a good experience with Sadoun. For instance I just bought a motorized 1.2 meter dish setup from there in December. When assembling it I noticed the LNB support arms were missing. They shipped them to quickly, no questions asked.
