Forgive me if this is in the wrong location.

I am seriously interested in providing programming, both specialist and in a "channel" form. With all of the IPTV experiments and developments, I'm thinking there has to be a procedure for becoming involved with providing content.

I was curious if anyone on these forums had attempted this, or is familiar with the procedure.
