Trouble receiving Intelsat 9

Sponsored Links
I'm on a Cruise Ship and I'm having trouble getting a signal from Intelsat 9 (58°W).
I have a Seatel TAC92 and this unit was connectet to Astra 19,2°E. Now the ship is in the Caribbean and I'm triing to get DW-TV form Intelsat 9. The AGC does not come over 1830. Can someone help me with the settings on the Seatel TAC92... I also tried to track C-Band but still no signal... I had Dw-TV for a really short time but than it was gone again... Please HELP.........

Thanks
Robert
