ABC/ESPN/FOX..... horrible hd pq!

What the hell are they doing? Do they think we are idiots? The Celtic/Cavs game is horrendous PQ. That is not HD! There needs to be some national laws and regulations. The crap they are feeding us is seriously worse than SD. What a joke. The baseball game today on FOX....what a joke! Something needs to happen here. The PQ seems to be getting worse. Are they compressing the crap out of it or what is going on here?

The pq on Fox today's baseball coverage was awful.
I think the pq on ABC basketball looks pretty good on both Direct and Dish.

It certainly is not as good as CBS productions, BUT is far better than SD.

Yes very soft. The background is a blur of pixilation. The background imaging truly is worse than SD. The foreground and close-ups are just barely except-able and that is a stretch. I remember the days when you could look into the crowd and clearly make out people's faces many rows up. When I first saw HDTV on my brother-in-laws HDTV many years ago i was hooked. It was amazing. It seems to have fallen a long way since then.
