its called wtprn . it scanned ok on my fortecstar mercury 2 receiver. audio pid is 514

Should be no problem..
Possibly they are quiet there sometimes maybe?
(for one reason or another..)
But the signal is strong on it.. same as on any other channel on that tp..
(actually they, over at G-25 there, had the EPG name for it misspelled (as "ERZA radio") .. today they fixed it .. it now says "EZRAWEB radio")
