glorystar 97w ADVERTS 1
new install worked the first day but after we cut it off and then back on the next time to watch a again the 101w comes in good around 90 with quality around 70 but no 97w any help or anybody can help with just the aiming of it everything is installed. Thanks

define "cut it off"?
Do you have the diseqc settings set up properly in the receiver menu? What receiver are you using?Winegard 76cm dish, SG2100 motor, Sadoun dual KU LNB..... Directv Slimline SWM 3 LNB.... GeoSatPro 36" dish with Sadoun dual KU LNB... Coolsat 5000 on motorized.... Manhattan RS1933....Directv HR34 (yes the 5 tuner monster) GeoSatPro 200 to aim dishes.... few receivers not set up yet
Two 6 foot Fortec dish with GeoSatPro dual C-Band LNB "ghetto moved" to various C-Band satellites

just powering off with remote its not the dvr just The Fortec Star Mercury II. thanks

On the remote press the sat button and you should see a list of the two sats plus one that says all satellites. Be sure the "All Satellites" is selected. If it is not there -- and you have not added extra channels, I would try resetting with the 2020 in the instructucts.
