Motor Control ON and OFF

In one of the update the following function was added.
# Motor Control adds an independent on and off control of USALS function for each satellite.
How do I get to this? I have looked under motor setup but can't seem to see it.

Each satellite can be either set to USALS or DiSEqC 1.2 mode independently. If in the DiSEqC 1.2 mode and no setting is saved, the motor is in an OFF mode and will not move.
