geosatpro 1100c ?

i purchased the glorystar package with the geosatpro 1100c have the receiver hooked up but the receiver will not go past boot mode anyone know what the problem could be this is a new install

Glortstar1 should be a long sometime tonight or tomorrow and help you out.
The only thing I could guess now would be to turn the switch in the BACK of the receiver off, wait a few seconds then power it up again this will cut power to the box and hopefully it will boot up with re-powering.
