Satellite Time
ADVERTS 1
Time now seems to be EDST and minutes seem correct. I had to take out the GMT offset and turn off daylight savings to get the correct display for the DVR-1100c.

Thanks Elder for the tip. The Time has been incorrect all weekend. This fixed it.

Sometime between my post yesterday and this morning the satellite time was reset to GMT. The problem with minutes seems to have been corrected.
