I have Closed Captioning and Subtitle ON and nothing is showing. Can anyone help me with this with Glory Star with DVR? My TV is also set up for Closed Caption.

Welcome to Satelliteguys!

Closed Cationed programming can be found on the major broadcasters like TBN, Daystar, Church Channel, JCTV, 3ABN and Smile of a Child. Closed Captioning is available on some of the programming, but not the majority of it.
What make and model is your receiver? Most receivers pass through the CC data provided by the specific program and then the TV decodes. Is the TV set to CC1? CC1 is commonly used. CC2 occasionally has secondary audio CC, but CC3, CC4, Text1, Text2 are rarely used. Some TVs also have a feature that activates CC only when the TV is muted.
