Has Vision Heaven TV gone off the air or moved?
11929/V/22000 and even the live feed on their website shows only a continuous commercial for RRSAT.Latitude 40.548361

This was just a delivery issue to the uplinker. Problem has been resolved by the broadcaster and they are back on the air.
