    ADVERTS 1
Have Maxtor One Touch 4 plus 500gb external drive and Glosatpro DVR 1100c receiver.

When it was connected to the receiver the massage that was displayed was NFTS: Not supported.

Has anyone had this messages? How can I fix the problem?

    Thanks for any help

Yes I got that same message when I plugged in my NTFS formatted Seagate 160GB

    If memory serves:
Press the MENU button, then Left, Left, Down
    USB should be highlighted
    Press OK/Enter

Watching the bottom of the screen you should see some colored circles.
Green is Save Data, Yellow is Delete, and Blue is format.
I believe pressing the round Blue button on the remote will pop up a prompt to warn you that continuing will erase ALL DATA from the drive.

I hope you are doing this on an empty drive.

Pressing OK will format the Drive in the required FAT32.

If this doesn't work, send an e-mail to support@satelliteav.com
They should know this alot better than I do.
My DVR-1100c is with my grandparents and that's why the above is from memory.
