I downloaded the new Channel list and it shows it is a scrambled channel, I get no picture only black screen.

The uplinker is transmitting a false encryption flag, as the channel is transmitted Free To Air. The channel has requested that this false flag be removed. Life and Health TV is working on the programming playback at this time and they will be back on the air as soon as possible.
