Fox (and others) news channels? ADVERTS 1
Ok after searching through a bunch of satellites I have found a few English speaking channels other than the regular Christian lineup. I see that I can receive a bunch of news channels like Fox, MSNBC, CNN, and others that are scrambled, is there any way to pay for these channels? I haven't been able to find out anything online so I thought it best to ask some other hobbyist before wasting minutes on the Glorystar hotline.
Ps. I am getting the History channel and A E on there test channels.

We would all like to subscribe to that package... on SES-1 @ 101w (incidentally, it's the History channel and the Biography channel that is currently open)

I read the thread T4Runner referred to above. I agree there is a political/financial power grab here. Another indication of that is that Windows Media Center won't recognize anything that is not in their database for cable channel guides. I hooked my FTA signal up to WMC and it reads the audio and video, but won't do anything with it, not even full screen display.
