Unbelievable, 11 Billion wiped off their debt. I think they are a sorry excuse for a communications company. If I couldn't afford my house payment, I'm sure my mortgage company would NOT settle for just half of what I owed. They would just foreclose and that would be it.
This gives new meaning to Charter charity, just let someone else pick up the tab. If they offered to give me cable service for free, I would still sub to either E* or D*.
