As you can see from this and other threads, this is a know problem. CBS must be sending something in its data stream that causes the box to reboot. There is nothing you can do on your end. You can let the CBS station know - if they get enough complaints, they might be able to do something about it, but chances of that happening are very slim.

CBS Kill Signal... This problem has been verified many times, according to old VOOM posts; apparently every CBS affiliate is sending out some kind of KILL SIGNAL that causes the VOOM box to reboot.
I never found a fix for this, so the best thing you can do is use the local channel programming feature to bypass the CBS affiliate in your area.
No loss anyway...nothing worth watching on CBS...the VOOM box is still working great (miami-ft.lauderdale area) and grabs a load of local channels, including some brand-new HD-Only locals. All with an indoor radio-shack antenna.

its not all CBS...just the ones that are owned and operated by CBS (Viacom). The ones not owned by them are OK...this affects about 16 stations
known issue./....few threads on it (I'm in the same boat)
