NBC is hurting for shows since dropping Leno. Hence the return of previously canceled shows "Trauma" and "Parenthood". Unlike everything else they've thrown on, Friday Night Lights is actually a great show.

I dont watch the show much, but I thought the part when the coach asked the student if he had ever played football and he responded by "Madden" was classic!

I'm going to have to watch the premiere online......I lost about 20m of my recording because the local weatherman was on tracking storms. Glad to have FNL back!

Well I finally caught up on this season. It has been really good. The move to the new school has allowed for a basic reset of the story line and allows them to basically tell the same story again.
