As a stockholder in both GE and Comcast, and in several NBC affiliate ownership companies, all I can say is GREAT!
The Olympics lose money, and happen over a short period of a few weeks every other year, with no effect of drawing viewers to the regular channel. NBC Olympic coverage over-bids were all about NBC and GE higher-ups going to resorts on the company and talking about "sport". Great.

Considering they do a terrible job with the olympics. I'd be glad to see it elsewhere. It belongs on ABC anyway - where they could bring back video clips of the "the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat" -- heck, they could even bring back "Wide World of Sports"

Herding Cats since 2007.
