Programming Remote

Anyone know how to program the remote for a TV, without me having to hold on the phone forever to ask Voom? I have a Mits 42" WT-42413 tv.

The instructions are in the manual that came with your Voom.

Assuming he actually GOT the manual. Most of the docs that are supposed to come with the installation are available on the Voom.com website, as dmm has posted above.
