I do not know the specific of the Sears deal but take a look at this thread.

I think I got it
. To get the $399 and free programming deal I need to: 1) Go to Sears buy the $50 Voom card. 2) Wait for it to get into the system. 3) Call Voom back.

It would be $79.90 for April and May so $160 in free programming. You get the Va Va Voom Programming Free.
