Thread: [VOOM] New STB scans for OTA

Got m old box replaced with a new one (new Software)
The OTA scan feature works fine.
Here in Manahattan, added the following channels(not available
otherwise) 4-2, 11-1,11-2,12-1 all WPIX, 29-01 through 29-10,
66-1,66-2

Well congrats on getting the scanning feature. Hopefully they will finally send it to us existing customers with boxes that dont need replacing. Does the STB seem to have and hiccups that you notice?

Same here. I was installed about a week ago with the 6.0 software on the
newer box, and I haven't had any problems on either of my two boxes. The
scanning worked fine, no problems requiring a reboot of the box, and no
unexplained behavior.

That's great. I just got my install this past Saturday and they
managed to install an old box with OLD software. Had to wait a day
just to get updated to 5.068.

What gives?
