Sorry. I spent a week just trying to find this one. Even the Apple store did not carry car window/dash docks/mounts.

This one does come with a case to attach to your phone. This case then locks on to the mount. I just now use the case that it came with as my main case.

You can always switch cases when you want to mount it in your car.
