If I had a spare that would get me by a few days, I would send mine off for the treatment.

This would be cool if I didn't have to send my phone off for a few days....

It would be nice if Apple (and other phone makers) had this as an option.

Or even nicer, if it was standard practice on every phone.
I used to work for an aerospace company, and you could've poured coffee, the grounds, milkshakes, mustard, and pickle relish on our boards.
Then, run 'em through the dishwasher, and once dry, they'd work fine.
This was just the ground-support for a weapon system; imagine how much better the missiles were! -
That was four decades ago.
'Bout damned time somebody made a waterproof cell phone.

Sounds good! But my concern is about the heat dissipation. Is there a risk of overheating for some of the cell phone components if they are covered with this Liquipel?
