I just made all the connections with the DISH TV2 IR converter, and the Tivo IR channel changer won't change the receiver channel. The Dish remote works just fine with this setup. The remote and receiver are set at channel one, band A.

I have a two-story house, and could not run wires; so, I have a demodulator to get the signal from the receiver to the Tivo. Everything works just fine, except that the Tivo won't change the channel. Is there anything I have overlooked? I know that I'm not the first to try this. Any insight would be greatly appreciated..
