I don't think that there is anything wrong with the ad. The two of them were best buds and I can easily see Chris Farley looking down and giving the approval for it.

Approval or not, I just found the ad to be extremely creepy, but to be honest I don't know why. Maybe it's because it has a dead guy in it who died in a very, well, bad way. Let's not forget that he died of a major drug overdose..

Companies have been using deceased people for years to do commercials. John Wayne, Danny Kaye....etc, the list goes on and on.

Yeah I find commercials like that creepy. I also find the bud light tailgate approved commercials spoofing the recently departed Billy Mays in really bad taste.
