    Wanted: D* SD reciever

    The D12 is the only SD receiver able to work on A SWM setup (just so ya know)
    Winegard 76cm dish, SG2100 motor, Sadoun dual KU LNB..... Directv Slimline SWM 3 LNB.... GeoSatPro 36" dish with Sadoun dual KU LNB... Coolsat 5000 on motorized.... Manhattan RS1933....Directv HR34 (yes the 5 tuner monster) GeoSatPro 200 to aim dishes.... few receivers not set up yet

    Thanks, I was wondering about that, I thought some others worked as long as they had the "BS filters" but wasn't sure.

    Personally I would get an HD reciever for when you upgrade the TV. Solid Signal has a pretty good deal on an H25.

    With it being for the kids room I wont ever buy them a flat panel till there aren't CRT's left on this planet haha, I already have 3 HD recievers for the rest of the house so I don't really need another one. Seeing as how they have already scratched the screen on two of my lcd's I don't think they need one until they are at least 16. And with a cheap SD box I wont feel so bad when they dump a drink or something on it.
