FS: Treo 600 Verizon
ADVERTS 1
I have a Treo 600 smartphone (locked for Verizon; ESN is clear) that I am selling. This is a great phone for someone who wants to have the flexibility and power of a Palm OS device. The phone has an 1800mah battery, plus I have a new replacement battery as well.
I upgraded to a new Treo 700p (work paid for it), so I do not need this anymore.
Includes a home charger. I am selling it for a bargain at $90 plus $10 priority mail shipping in the continental US. Payment by PayPal or money order.
PM me. I can post photos of the phone if requested.

RMH,
Did you know that as of this year the phone company has to give you the unlock code?

Proud Staff MemberNo, by LOCKED I mean that the software is locked to usage on the Verizon network. The phone itself is ESN-clear, and can be activated by anyone on the Verizon network.
There are methods, of course, to unlock it to use on another network, but I am advertising it as a Verizon phone, which it is.

Proud Staff MemberWait - Digital Dude - I think I misunderstood you. Are you saying that if you ask the phone company to unlock the phone they have to?? That is news to me, if it is true.

Don't think this applies. Verizon and the other CDMA providers do not use SIM cards. Verizon "locks" the phone by disabling certain features in firmware. Brave souls can flash it with other firmware and use it on other CDMA networks.
