Not sure how to read the list above. But I think that all of the channels (except the RSNs)are available to anyone with AT 250 or above.

By looking online it looks as:

    200

-- ABC Family HD (Ch. 172)
-- Disney HD East (Ch. 180)
    -- ESPNews HD (Ch. 142)
    -- Hallmark Movie Channel HD
    -- Bravo HD (Ch. 129)
    -- Cartoon HD (Ch. 176)
-- Toon Disney HD (Ch. 174)
-- Travel Channel HD (Ch. 215)
    -- CNBC HD (Ch. 208)
-- Weather Channel HD (Ch. 214)

    250

    -- Biography HD (Ch. 119)

    The $30.00 package

    -- MGM HD (Ch. 385)
    -- Smithsonian HD (Ch. 374)
-- Tennis Channel HD (Ch. 400)
-- World Fishing Network HD (Ch. 396)

    Additional Channels

    -- Cinemax 5 Star (Ch. 381)
-- Cinemax HD West (Ch. 380)
-- Comcast Sports Network Bay Area HD (Ch. 419)*
-- Comcast Sports Network New England HD (Ch. 435)*

    * Available Wed,

I think this is the breakdown, by comparing the packages on Dish Network Website. And what is currently availabe, this is just a guess.
tennis SD is in AT250..also its a $20 and 10$ dollar packages $30 for standalone HD

    Question

I may have missed this, but what are the FOUR digit numbers of the new HD channels? Scott's 3-digit designations are encouraging, but don't register HD.
