Is ok to post a link ( not live ) to my commercial website?

I was wondering if it would be ok to post a link ( encoded ) to my communications
products website. I would not just post it without proper authorization, since I

No I am sorry, we dont allow that for the main reason being our sponsors wouldn't like us much if we allowed others to advertise for free.
