I can imagine how frustrating that must be for you. There is another option besides DISH Pause that would allow you to receive some programming, as well as allow you to access your EHD content....

Did you log out of DISHonline on your computer? You shouldn't be seeing the same thing on TV1 as you would when you Sling. The Sling Adapter actually takes over the second tuner (on the Duo DVRs) or...

Once an account is cancelled, there is a 90 day waiting period before the customer can be re-qualified. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
