I have seen the 31 and 41, they are identical in size. The guy from bestbuy is about the same as the guys at sams clubs selling the systems and all I have to say about them is :facepalm

you are seeing the 110 sat with the 119 "eye". as far as the tech saying it was too low, Well it got you off the line.:D

should be 119, 110, and 129 in that order so yeah drop 3 degrees and go west about 9 degrees.

I'm thinking you're to high on elevation and need to drop it 3 degrees and a little to the west. I'm just trying to confirm what position the dish is currently pointed.

yes it can be done just leave the skew setting at 90.

as long as its 1 5/8 you should be good to swap. one thing to keep in mind is that some of the earlier dishes had a smaller than 1 5/8 diameter.

yes, the check switch will run a 38 test check switch and will work

Repoint to 119 and run a check switch test.
