Can I Turn Sirius Radio to XM?
Help. Just got a 2009 Toyota Venza w/XM built in. Reception is bad through Central CT. Can I convert it to XM?

That radio you got doesn't broadcast as strongly has your old radio, I had a starmate 5 that was great but had to replace it with a new staremate 5, that is just awful, and that fm extender doesn't work very well either . So I had to buy a Fm direct connect modulator

Yep, the new radios are neutered on their FM power! FM Direct connect is the way to go, even beats the pants off the older higher powered radios. In my girl's vehicle it took me 15 minutes to install, wish I would have done that a long time ago!
