and this isn't really shocking since most of us called it a mistake having hamilton come of the bench instead of iverson. hopefully the coach learned something here.

A reminder to all playoff bound teams...

Tonight is the NBA buyout deadline. Players must be bought out by 12 midnight EST to have a shot at being on their future teams’ playoff roster.

A few names being speculated of being bought out and among the possible available players include Joe Smith, Drew Gooden, Rasheed Wallace and Shawn Marion.

If I were being guarded by someone who weighed 120 pounds less than I do, and if it were legal for me to bang into him as hard and as often as I wanted to without being called for an offensive foul, then I'd score on that guy every time I got the ball, regardless of his and my relative basketball skills.

It's hard to believe that the Atlanta Hawks could possibly have home-court advantage in a playoff series, given how that franchise struggled for most of the 21st century.

Great finish in that Hawks/Cavs game- and to the surprise of nobody, the ending involved LeBron (made the winning free throw, and perhaps got a finger on Joe Johnson's attempt at a game-winner).
