- 01-29-2009 02:12 PM #893Please do not knee-jerk too much, you might hurt yourself. Try reading before you start posting. I stated in th same box you just replied to that I DID make the mistaken. BUT my statement of being MORE WORTH had to do with MY OPINION and not some fact that you can find in wikipedia....If you look at the track record the last few years between the two...it almost EXACTLY alike...switch a year here...switch a year there..and you litterally have the same results. YOUR reason you think they more worthy is simply based on YOUR opinion.....PERIOD.So if you look at it, DID make the mistaken of the initial comment. MY comment about the lakers being "more worthy" was based on my opinion. You have shown no proof, conclusive or otherwise that you are neither right nor wrong.
Try not let your homer-ness blind objectivity.

Interesting note> Notice my avatar. It's Superman revealing a LeBron James #23 jersey underneath. Meanwhile, doesn't Orlando Magic's center, Dwight Howard refer to himself as "Superman"??? I guess we'll find out tonight who really holds the true super powers! Gawd, I can't wait until 8pm tonight!! This game is gonna be SAAAAWEEEETTTTT!!!!!

PS, don't mention the homecourt and playoff thingy around Salsa. He doesn't think it means squat. Shhhhh.

BZZZZ wrong again. If you were on Family Feud, you'd have three X's by now!
My turn:
In the last 4 years, both the Cavs and Lakers have been to an NBA Championship. They also both had a year in which they didn't even make the playoffs. That's where the similarities end.
Now here's the biggest difference between the two. Read carefully, I don't want your head to exploded...
The Lakers were bounced TWICE in the first round of the playoffs.
In the Cavs other two years, they made it to the second round both times.
So you see, the Cavs actually have had more success that the Lakers had in the last 4 years. They have advanced further in the playoffs than the Lakers. Case closed. Save the bickering for Sandra. I'm done with you.
I am a homer, but not a blind, deaf and dumb homer. My comments are based on fact and substance. Your's is based on a bologna sandwich.

Ok....1st round/2nd round...not that black and white my friend. Did you see WHO the Lakers and WHO the Cavs had to play the 1st round? Give it a look. They BOTH have been eliminated in the Finals with the Lakers doing MUCH better than the Cavs did.[/QUOTE]
WHAT facts have you shown that they are MORE worthy?? You showed the history that is pretty much similar. If your proof is that they went into the 2nd round a FEW YEARS AGO....Sorry, I counter that with the Lakers being eliminated LAST YEAR in the NBA Finals AND at least winning a game or two.....
By the way, I did not say you were "blind, deaf or dumb"....you did.
