If that's the case and Tiger is scarred for his life and wants to press charges against his wife, then so be it. Until then though, no further investigations need to be made.

Woods is not a "suspect" for any crime and charges have not been filed, therefore he does not have to speak with the police again. Case closed. Of course the sensationalized news outlets will never let this one go as this is the juiciest story in years.
