After watching the interviews last night with the victims, hard to know who to believe.......they ARE related, there WAS an investigation, and NO ONE else corroborates their story....yet.

I know this might sound homer-ish, but there are difference between the two:

In the Penn State cases, there is a coach and mulitple witnesses and victims that are NOT related to the accusser and there is no history of monies being owed that were never paid.
3) Bernie Fine was never indicted by a grand jury. Sanducksy has AND a history that goes back to the '90s.
In this case, because there is no history of this behavior with Bernie Fine, I will stick with "innocent til proven guilty".
